The property was well-appointed, entirely clean & functional and has two doors to access - the first door into the multi-story property, and the second to enter the property - this arrangement was re-assuring for security. The bedroom is in the back & away from any ambient street noise, so quiet at night & worked well. There are sliding doors, to access a patio out front with table & chairs, but adjacent to the side street - the sliding doors lock adequately, and have adjustable shutters, to let in light or close entirely, as well as curtains. There's a television & couch which work well to watch a movie, etc. Parking was a welcome plus! The owner enabled us to park in a private spot, down the street, with a gate that closes at night & opens in the morning - a much appreciated alternative to finding street parking! The bed was king-sized and firm, but comfortable and the shower & bathroom all worked out well. Another plus - there's a delightful Costa Cafe just a short walk around the corner, which we visited every morning & were warmly hosted every time! Finally, although we did not meet our host, they were prompt & responsive to a few requests we had during our stay - much appreciated!
Adjusting the shower temperature takes a learning curve and was challenging the first time, but got better thereafter. The screened-in terrace / patio is right on street level & lacks privacy (ours was a first-floor apartment).

L’unica cosa forse avremmo preferito l’apertura della doccia in tutti e due i sensi per accedere più facilmente al doccino del bidet.
