The staff were very nice and helpful. The place is also located in a neat area.
The food provided as breakfast is average. Difficult for vegetarians.

Well located within easy walking distance to old town Hoi An. Good value, the roof top pool was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking back to the hotel at night was easy and felt safe. I did not have breakfast so unsure about that.
I did not like the hotel key card entry system which switches the power off when you leave. Air conditioning could have been better. I had it on the lowest temperature, yet it struggled during the day to keep room cool. The weather was mild when I visited in October 2026 so I could tolerate this, but I would have expected better if I visited at a warmer time of year.

I arrived at the Hotel grumpy and feeling unwell, complained about some very minor silly detail and went to bed. Next day I realised I was not in a good way and stayed in bed. Well, here is the real beauty of this Hotel...the staff are OUTSTANDING! One of my group must have mentioned I was ill and next minute an angel by the name of Nhan was standing by my bed with a cup of ginger, lemon and honey tea (delicious). She put her hand on my forehead and asked if I wanted hospital. No I said, so she set about getting her own blend of oil and massaged the heck out of me. Felt a bit less like death warmed up and slept. Next day, same thing, "hospital?", No! so more ginger tea more massage, more sleep. She was SO KIND. All the staff were. By day 4 I relented and went to hospital (nice and close to hotel fyi) and got the appropriate help (they were amazing too) and went back to hugs and warm smiles from Nhan. When we left; the photo below was the last thing I saw as we pulled away - in far better shape than we arrived. Thank you Nhan and your wonderful staff!
The fact I was grumpy when I arrived. I was the only thing that could have been better.

The staff were wonderful especially Sue & Lona, they look and act very professional. And there was a gorgeous lady in the kitchen area, sorry I didn't get her name, but she always looked glamourous with her hair up on top and her lipstick, she was so cute and so helpful. I asked for 2 extra pillows which they gladly supplied. We were in Room 603 Junior Suite Double Room City View with balcony for 7 nights, only a few stairs and you were on the roof top pool which was handy, it also had great views. There were 5 pool lounge chairs and undercover, but it got hot on the roof at times. The room was spacious and has plenty of storage areas in the room and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of space around the basin and underneath for toiletries. No where to hang any hand washing or secure a travel washing line. There are no 5G towers on the roof of this hotel, but you can see them around the area but not too close to here. There was a separate modem for this room hidden behind the TV which we unplugged every night, so the radiation didn't affect our sleep. Walking into old town took about 10-15 mins stroll, which we are happy to do as on previous trips to Hoi An we always stayed in this area, quieter for sleeping. We didn't take the breakfast option, but they gave us a complimentary one on our last morning and it was very nice. We had breakfast quite often at Confetti Cafe a few minute walk away, lovely food and service. There are many restaurants in the laneway behind the hotel. This hotel is kept pristine and I would recommend it, if this is the area you are looking for, it's closer to An Bang beach than if you stayed in town or on the river, only a quick car ride. A lot of the Grab cars are now electric, we are not sitting in a microwave oven, use inDrive app, you have a better chance of getting a petrol car and cheaper than Grab.
Our room did have a little mosquito problem at night, I got bitten a few times, they love my skin but not my husbands! I don't use toxic chemicals in our own home so the girls organised the spraying of lemongrass in the room, which was lovely, but didn't always work. So I asked for a top sheet on the bed so I could cover myself at night, which they were happy to provide. The towels were too heavily fragranced by smelly toxic laundry powder, I hated the smell, this needs to be more neutral, I have sensitive skin. Remember clean doesn't have a smell, only dirty does. I also asked them to stop spraying the room with a their fragrant spray, it was too heavy. The safe in the room is loose, not drilled in, anyone can just pick it up and walk off with it, this is quite common in Vietnam, so we didn't use it. The glass shower door needs repairs, it wouldn't close fully.
