It had the old fashion onsen feel with the staff who were very attentive to our needs.
The hotel has 3 main buildings with connection corridors on multiple floors which made it a bit confusing but it was fun challenge to find different onsen and dinning halls.

Location had a great view and onsen facilities were nice.
Holet is old and the rooms were subpar. Bedding was old and stained, had three identical rooms but booking.com charged us two at a low rate and one at a high rate.
