Location, value for the money, friendly & accommodating staff, clean room.
Our only gripe which wasn't the hotels fault. Was that there was a dog barking early morning for some time in on of the neighbouring hotels.
Hasn't put us off though, we will go back again but maybe ask for a bedroom situated at the front of the property.

Reasonably central location
Not a very clean and pleasant area to stay. The family room was tiny so would only recommend for very young children although its at the top of the house via a thin staircase so not ideal.
