This is a cozy cottage on a 9 hole golf course, This is on a dead end street (great for kids) safe..............This house has 2 beaches less than 1.5 miles away and downtown is 2 miles away (bike path starts from our corner to beach and downtown................ Plenty of shopping............and festivals in neighboring towns every weekend LOT'S OF PICTURES ON FACEBOOK........................................LOOK UP "DOOR COUNTY SUMMER RENTAL' (The 5th hole )

Great place to stay in Egg Harbor! Loved having our dogs with us and watching the deer. The shops and dining experiences were awesome too! But enjoying family time at the cottage was priceless! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils for meals with family. The screened porch was great too. (Didn’t get to use this as much as expected due to air quality in the state. But would love to on another visit.)Communication with the host was very efficient and immediate! Loved that! Kevin answered any questions and offered suggestions of nearby places, if needed.

Place was clean when we arrived. Check in was easy and we were able to get in early which we really appreciated! Host was very responsive and helped greatly with recommendations for the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Cons: My wife spent over 2 hours thoroughly vacuuming the whole house due to the number of spiders, harvestmen, bugs, & cobwebs. This place needs to be sprayed for spiders & needs a better cleaning person. Every light shade, radiator, & corner had cobwebs and/or spiders. Spider crawled out of a pillowcase, came down from the ceilings & decor, just everywhere. We would’ve encountered less spiders camping like we usually do than we encountered at this place. Well over 30 live or dead spiders/harvestmen were killed or vacuumed up in the first 24hr just between the 2 of us (but the other 3 adults staying also killed a bunch of them). They returned quickly- my wife & I still killed another 7 the next day and it continued each day we were there. One of the bathroom vanity drawers had rodent excrement in it. The well water is…well water. Pros: Fantastic location that was quiet, great Dyson vacuum, great communication with host, easy checkin/out, let us check out an hour late, dog friendly, linens are included, & it was available when we booked rather last minute for a Door County summer weekend trip. General: Host was apologetic re rodent poop in drawer, but I chose to not inform him of the spider invasion as there was nothing he could’ve done to solve that while we were there. We didn’t have other options to stay as our dog was with us. It’s dated but could be cozy & great if it was clean. Don’t attempt Amazon delivery- it goes through USPS & this address has all mail held.
