The welcome was great-helpful and warm staff and the welcome drink was much appreciated. Overall most of the staff were amazing and very helpful. But some seemed not as friendly but most were.
Some staff seemed quite moody, for example I asked about a tour at front desk and they were not very helpful even though they were not busy. Simialrly when asking for help with spa services at front desk they were not brillaintly helpful. BUT I do want to say most staff were so good especially cleaning staff and Vanessa R who serviced our room for the stay who was just lovely. Also breakfast-we are vegetarian and they could have had more hot vegetarian options for us.

So clean, friendly staff, beautiful breakfast. Only a short stay but really enjoyable
Everything was perfect

Spacious, clean and great food.
Not what we’d describe as “all inclusive”.
Some of the staff & service in the restaurant & bars weren’t what you’d expect of a 5 star hotel.

Staff friendly. Food good.
Location, next to the German louts stag area. All inclusive drinks was a joke. Even though it was hot they wouldn’t turn on the air con for 6 days.
