Our appointment was on the 3d floor. There is an elevator in the building. The lobby gets locked up that strangers will not be wondering around. Super safe and comfortable place. It had everything, I mean everything! Every detail from the fully stocked kitchen to shampoo in the bathroom is carefully thought about.
The style of the apartment was an old charm with a cozy dining room and table covered with an embroidered tablecloth. Beautiful dishes. Every room had an AC/heater, there is a washing machine. Crystal chandeliers are bringing this cozy light. Very spacious apartment, very clean, well maintained. Georgia was the manager and asked me every day about my needs. Very friendly and helpful!
The location is amazing, in the very central square of Chania with a beautiful view all around from a wrap-around balcony. 10 min walk to the beach, Venetian town, and harbor. Surrounded with restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and grocery stores.
I couldn’t have been happier to be there! I am definitely planning another trip and renting this place again!
Thank you for making my stay feel like I was visiting my grandmother, warm and welcoming!!!

The location was fantastic, you had restaurants, cafes and a large grocery store all in the area
The apartment was large with 2 full baths and with everything we needed
The host Giorgos was extremely kind and helpful

Pidimme huoneiston avaruudesta ja kahdesta isosta parvekkeesta. Samoin huoneiston varustelu oli asianmukainen, jopa pesukone löytyi ja sitä myös käytimme.
Tiskialtaan kuumavesihanasta ei tullut vettä. Toisen makuuhuoneen ilmastoinnissa oli jokin vieras ääni. Pesukonetta ei ollut tasapainotettu, joten se liikkui käytettäessä. Keittiöstä parvekkeelle johtavaa ovea ei saanut lukkoon. Mikroaaltouunia kaipasimme (se myös säästäisi sähköä sähköhellan uuniin verrattuna).Tapasimme omistajan kerran, mutta olisimme halunneet tavata hänet vielä ennen lähtöämme, jotta olisimme voineet kertoa suoraan hänelle havaitsemamme puutteet.

Fabulous location, Giorgio was incredibly helpful & kind he let us check out late on our final day as well as providing travel tips. The apartment is big & it was great being able to wash clothes & then hang on a line in the sun. We also highly recommend the restaurant downstairs really good food.
I don’t see this as a negative but it is an older apartment, which may not suit everyone.
