Everything was fantastic. The hotel, the room., the food, the onsen, the location, and seeing Mount Fuji from our bedroom window.
But most of all, the hospitality of the owner and the staff was exceptional.

The property has a private onsen. You can see Mount Fuji from the property. It’s easy to walk upto the ropeway and lake from here.

The property has incredible staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. As soon as you arrive, they understand your plan and make drop off and breakfast arrangements accordingly. They explain all the dos and don’ts about using the onsen and the Japanese style rooms.
My daughter was unwell and the host was super helpful in offering drinkable yoghurt to make her comfortable. And this part was just incredible where the host came looking for us and found us on our return bus journey to hand over my pyjamas which I had left behind at the hotel during checkout. I mean who does that IRL?
And the amazing breakfast and views of Mt Fuji from our room window just made for icing on the cake! Overall, we loved every bit of our experience here!
There are no bath facilities other than the common hot spring onsen which takes getting used to, especially with kids. But a dip in the onsen leaves you feeling thoughtfully relaxed!
