About this bed and breakfast
Historic Adams Landing location. Full living room, dining area, kitchen with dish washer, half bath and laundry with washer and dryer on first floor. Sleeps four. Primary bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Full bath on second floor. A/C available in ground floor living area and primary bedroom. Shaded porches, lake breezes and cool nights provide quiet natural comfort all summer long. Wrap around porch with lake views. Kayaks and SUP boards available. Pet friendly within owners discretion. Owner occupies adjoining residence.
Property fronts directly on Lake Champlain's "Broad Lake". Guests share use of waterfront, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Outdoor patio and grill overlooking the lake. Manicured grounds and gardens.

Local attractions include ferries and cruises, fishing, antiques, fine dining, apple orchards, concerts, a vineyard and winery.

Our stay at Kelsey House was everything a vacation should be. There is something magical about this property — its rich history, the gorgeous views of the gardens and meadows, and stunning sunsets every single night. Jack is a most gracious host, and we felt right at home immediately. The attention to detail left us feeling so welcome, and we’ve never had the pleasure of staying in such a well-equipped rental before —it really makes all the difference.We enjoyed lazy mornings with coffee on the porch, sun and fun on the lake with the kids and the dog, and meals made with fresh produce from the local farm stand, savored in one of the many spots to dine on the property (with a view, of course). We took walks up the dirt road to admire the wildflowers, usually with a few deer friends grazing nearby.There was plenty to do in the area, but honestly, every time we left Grand Isle we longed to get back. This is a place to truly relax and enjoy your family. We will be back. Thank you, Jack, for sharing your special home with us.

Wonderful location and comfortable,spacious accommodations. We especially loved spending time on the beautiful wrap around porch. Jack was such a gracious host.

We had a wonderful time at Kelsey House! It is so quiet and peaceful, with a gorgeous wrap around porch. We ate all our meals there and throughly enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets from there every night. The kitchen is very well equipped and Jack stocks the house with everything we needed. Jack is a gracious and responsive host. We highly recommend this property!
