The location was just perfect for me. Very convenient to get to all the highlights, while in a quieter street due to limited traffic access.

Strategic location, friendly staf, delicious breakfast, reliable tour organizer.
This hotel offers tour packages. I got one way complimentary airport transfer because I took two packages, Ha Long Bay and Sa Pa. A simple take away breakfast is available. The hospitality and attentiveness of the staf made me feel home. Thank you all especially to Lily, the manager, who was incredibly professional in organizing the tours and ensuring my trip went exactly as planned. I miss your homemade yoghurt!

Really friendly staff and a great location between the old quarter and the lake. Nice breakfast with fresh cooked omelette.

Location is amazing, right near the lake, as well as near food, shopping and massage options. The view at breakfast is very special! The staff were so friendly with great English, the doorman so smiley and kind!
Breakfast lacked vegetarian and gluten free options.
We only stayed 1 night so didn't get a solid feel for the place
