We received a warm welcome and staff were exceptionally helpful and polite.
We stayed in ‘The Mist’ room which was beautifully and culturally decorated and clean.
We used the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed dinner and breakfast!
There was nothing we did not like

The views were great, the staff was friendly and service was always prompt.
The pool isn’t heated so it was a bit too cold to use while I was there.

The view is amazing, because this hotel might be at the highest point in Ella town. Therefore, you can see Ella’s rock, little adam’s peak, and Ella gap from their roof top restaurant and bar. Due to their location, they provide shuttle service which comes very handy! The staff is very personal and friendly, kudos to them!
Nothing!
