5 Luxurious bedrooms equipped with magnificent furnishings, linens and towels. Situated on an over 14,000 sq ft lot, this 2800 sq ft homes is the dream getaway. Parking can accommodate 4 cars. A Master suite with King bed, 2 guest suites with 1 Queen Bed each and 2 kids bedrooms with bunk beds. (4 Bunk Beds, each bunk bed is a twin bed over a full bed, 4 twins and 4 fulls) . The home is equipped with luxurious linens and bedding.
Please make sure to choose the $89 property protection, otherwise you will be asked to pay a$3000 damage protection deposit.
QUITE HOUR RULES: The City of Anaheim does not allow the use of pools and Jacuzzi from 10:00pm to 9:00 am. This strictly enforced. The front and rear of the property have security cameras. The pool area is monitored by the rear security camera.
The yard alone is 8000 sq ft. The yard and patios surround the resort quality pool and Jacuzzi. Lots of room for children to play and the adults to relax. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the yard and pool. The pool area is completely fenced for child safety.
Gourmet kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances including 5 burner range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are two separate dining rooms with oversize dining tables. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware, utensils, storage containers, dishes and glasses.
Included is a washer and dryer, 5 large screen TVs with movie channels and internet access. An extra-large living room and sofa that can seat 10 people.

Excellent stay! The location is unbeatable for visiting both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. The two-story unit is very comfortable and immaculately clean. Our kids really enjoyed the backyard pool—it’s the perfect size for them to cool off and play. We had a fantastic time and created wonderful memories. We will definitely be back!

Our host Alan was very nice and even checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. The house fit our family perfectly. 5 adults and 6 kids and two extra beds left over. My grandkids loved the pool/hot tub and ping pong table. My sons liked the pool table. There were lots of tv’s and the kitchen was loaded with kitchenware plus there was a bbq outside. Also this house was close enough to Disney land that we could sit on the porch at 930 pm and watch the Disney fireworks nightly. This was my first house rental and it won’t be my last! I really appreciated our host as he communicated with us before and during the stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 8 . The pool was a huge highlight and provided a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Disneyland, the Packing District, and plenty of fantastic restaurants and shopping options. We also appreciated how convenient it was to explore other Southern California attractions, with Los Angeles and Burbank only about 45 minutes away.The home was well-equipped, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, family-friendly home in a great location!
