Everything would seem great—the location (600 m to the metro), the pleasant staff, the size of the rooms, the excellent breakfast, etc. But...
I'm a light sleeper. A mosque located 50 meters from the hotel will wake everyone up with the muezzin’s call to prayer. This is still manageable (the first call is at 6:18 AM, lasting 3–5 minutes). However, the hotel’s description regarding "soundproof" rooms definitely needs to be updated. Sound travels through both the walls and the floors. It is impossible to close the room door quietly—the mechanism causes it to slam shut—and other guests were slamming doors all night long. Conversations and the sound of TVs can be heard through the walls. The tiled floors transmit sound to the surrounding rooms (at night, someone was walking around in high heels, dragging chairs, etc.)—it sounded and felt as if everything was happening right inside my own room. After three nights, I felt completely exhausted from a lack of sleep.

Good breakfast with variety of offerings including fresh bread and cheeses and hot items. Location was great due to dead end street which meant there was no traffic. Getting a taxi /Uber for the location due to narrow streets was challenging.
