We had excellent views of the lagoon & pool from our room. Also our room was very spacious & had direct access to the pool. The food was excellent in the restaurant & the bar well stocked.
The two levels in the bedroom could at times be a bit difficult to navigate. The floor tiles in the shower were not fit for purpose as they were not slip resistant.

I liked the resort. Everything you needed in the accomodation. Room was large and spacious and had everything you needed
For me personally, from the UK I would have liked to see more bacon in the buffet at breakfast. It was served on one day I was there. However I appreciate pork products aren’t always available due to cultural differences. Other than that the buffet selection was good. Room service was also good. Bar staff around the pool area weren’t always readily available in the daytime but it did not distract from the overall experience

The whole hotel, bedroom, dining room, food, staff, pool, view, and gardens all were spectacular . It's a proper 5-star resort, not pretend. Staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Pool are, gardens, amazing. View our onto the lagoon, palm trees, etc. was like a movie.
Nothing. It was like paradise.

Junior suite were great and comfy, with great views of the lagoon. Great swimming pool. Great staff.
Facilities start to be outdated, very pricey restaurant and bar, hotel grounds towards the lagoon could be better maintained (construction rubble), the potential of the location could be better used.
