This is a hotel with extremely poor service and poor value for money.
nothing
This is a hotel with extremely poor service and poor value for money. From the preliminary communication of the change of the date of stay, to the invoice issued after check-out, are extremely irritating exasperation. First, the pre-communication: the staff first vaguely said that can not be canceled, but recommended to change the date of stay, when I proposed to change the date of stay, and was told to change the date of stay after the order still needs to be paid in full, it is really let a person speechless communication. Second, the hotel asked the number of guests and gender, I informed the personnel information at the same time, reminding the hotel guests can take care of their own meals, surprisingly, was told by a hotel can not provide guests in the hotel meals, the reason is that there is no extra meal, can not imagine that this is a five-star hotel's answer to the question of the hotel does not have any food?!!!! And this is a hotel located in the valley, the transportation is extremely inconvenient, I can hardly imagine how the guests spent these three days without food, really a very poor value for money hotel. Third, after checking out, I asked for an invoice from the hotel and BOOKING, and was shirked by both parties, both told that they could not provide the hotel invoice, I would like to know whether such behavior has been suspected of tax evasion? Until now I still have not received the invoice for this order.
