We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this accommodation.
Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and we were even able to check in much earlier than the time stated on Booking, which was a great convenience for us. The free parking is also a big plus. The parking space is just a 1–2 minute walk from the accommodation, and we had a designated and convenient parking spot. On the day of check-out, we left the apartment by 11:00 as stated on Booking, but were kindly allowed to keep the car in the parking space until 14:00. Of course, this probably depends on the arrival time of the next guests, but it was very helpful for us and we really appreciated the flexibility.
The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere. It was warm and the heating worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the balcony in the morning, with the sun coming in and a nice view towards the city centre.
The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance — restaurants, shops, cafés, sightseeing spots and the main cultural and historical attractions. We barely needed public transport during our stay.
The only things worth mentioning for future guests are that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, as it is an older building. This was not a problem for us at all, but it might be something to consider if you have a lot of luggage or mobility difficulties. The bathroom is also divided into separate areas, and the toilet area is quite compact, with the sink directly opposite the toilet, which could be a little uncomfortable for a larger person.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and were very happy with both the accommodation and the host’s flexibility and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

Belvárosi közelség. A képeknek teljes mértékben megfelelő állapot, jól felszerelt kis lakás. Ingyenes parkolás közeli utcában. Nagyon kedves, közvetlen tulajdonos.

Közel volt a belváros 2 perc séta, emellett csendes volt a szállás.
3 emelet, nincs lift. Konyhai eszközök (papírtörlő, éles kések, hámozókés, könnyebb tányér/evőeszköz és zuhanyrózsa, kanapét csak úgy lehet használni, ha reggel bevetjük, mert az volt a harmadik alvóhely. Messze van a parkoló és nem zárt. A wc ajtó nagyon nehezen záródik, javasolt lenne kilincset tenni rá a retesz helyett. A vízfolyók sűrűben is találkozhatnának ecettel vagy citromsavval. A vízforraló koszos/vízköves, egybe van öntve a kábellel, ha vizet öntünk bele vagy ki, ki kell húzni a dugaljból.
