Great location near to metro stations and the airport bus stop. Loved the room decor.
Having to give a hotel damage deposit although it was refunded 24 hours after we left

Location was good, staff were super helpful. Comfortable bed and fridge in room. Good value
Tea, coffee and water not renewed in room. We thought this a bit petty.

Loved the ambience that the hotel gives hidden behind the street door. The staff were helpful, friendly and informative - great customer service.
