Coffee pod machine with delicious cafe con leche and espresso, coffee cups, water glasses. Really hot shower in a big private bathroom!
Beeping noise right outside our room all night long! Made it hard to sleep. Also beds were too soft

The staff was lovely! Very nice, friendly, and welcoming.
No elevator service to reach the Don Fabrizzio floor. Difficult climbing stairs with luggage and for my mom whose health is compromised.
The bathroom pipes make a lot of noise. Very noisy throughout the stay. I assume when people are using bathrooms.

The staff is amazing, specially Tadeus who helped me with some issues due to an accident i had outside the property.
There’s nobody at the reception at night. I tried to contact them but they read my message the next morning. However, everything went well at the end.
