Away from city life and bush experience
There is a pin needed at the gate and it was not provided prior to our arrival. We stood at the gate and had to call the reception for the pin and the first pin given was incorrect and we had to call again.
There are no ironing facilities in the room, you have to call the reception for one and all these calls are made from own phone, no working phone in the room.

Spa treatment was good, chalet spacious, bathroom huge.
Thumping loud music most of the day, until about 10pm,distance from main resort to chalet quite far, facilities mentioned was kitchenware...there was only a kettle, tea station and fridge, nothing else.

Staff were very pleasant. Well trained and accommodating. Room was clean, neat and functional.
Resort makes a good attempt to keep guests entertained.
The live music at rhe clubhouse becomes far too loud and interrupted a relaxing holiday. Music goes on past midnight and can be heard very loudly in the room.
Early morning (4.30am) machines make noise mowing lawns and maintenance.
