The staff at check-in were fantastic, very welcoming, friendly, and informative. The location is fantastic, very easy to get to, and close to the light rail. Our room was very large.
Whilst the room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay, the hotel in general (both common areas, the lift, and the room) are very dated and overdue for a freshen up. The staff on check out were nowhere near as friendly, and I felt like I was interrupting her.

Luggage from garage to room and back was a pain despite the efficient lift - but not much can be done about it
