The location is perfect for me, because it is only a 15 minute walk away from the beach, located right next to a 7/11 convenience store. It is set back from the busy road a little bit so it is quiet enough - you never hear any road noise and there is a great breakfast and lunch place next door called Tan Hostel & Cafe. My favourite restaurant in Ao Nang - Divers Inn Steak House - is 5 minutes away across the road. It has car parking at the front too which is important to me because I don't want to park on the road.
everything suits me just fine

Cozy feel even though it’s on a busy street. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff.
Lack of WiFi connection

Air conditioning is cold, room is spacious
Bathroom window couldn’t shut completely, there’s a few mosquitoes went inside the room and small baby moths came in

Modern and clean, cosy and comfortable with great staff
Unfortunately thin walls and other guest not respectful of times, constant noise though to early hours in the morning. Furthermore, the water in the shower smelt odd and some of the walls could have done with a fresh coat of paint
