This place has probably been a very fancy place and could be that again. Our apartment had a huge, privat roofterrace and also outdoor furniture on the ground level. Beds were comfortable and the appartment was clean and mostly in ok condition.
The personel was nice and helpful and we were served decent breakfast. You defenitely need a car to stay here because there is literally nothing closeby, but that is how we like to have it, so good for us. There is covered parking for the cars. There is a nice pool in the inner yard, althoug we didn't try it.
We didn't get the apartment we booked, but that was not a big problem althoug travelling as 2 adult couples it would have been nicer not to have to go into the only proper double bedroom to get to the toilet - that only had a curtain - not a door. We also got a kitchen, but not much you could do there because there wasn't even a fridge in there and the few cooking stuff that there was left were not in good shape. (The room we originally had booked didnt have a kitchen, so nothing we had expected, either.)
It's kind of sad to see a place with such big potential in so big need of renovation and face-lifting. The rendering is falling of the outside walls in many places, some of the amenities are shut down and the outdoor furniture are partly in big need of renewing, Also the small gardens and the water features could be much nicer with a little more taking care of.

Très bel endroit épuré hors du centre , très reposant . Peu de chambres . Chambre spacieuse tout confort . Terrasse privée sur le toit . Belle piscine non chauffée . Personnel très accueillant et sympathique qui répond à toutes les demandes . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour rayonner autour de Ourzazate.
Il n’y a pas de restaurant juste le petit déjeuner .

Superbe chambre, endroit très calme, personnel attentif, bon petit déjeuner.
À part le petit déjeuner, il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place. Toutefois, à environ 20 minutes, nous avons trouvé des restaurants.

1. We arrived at 8:00 pm and even though they mention that there is a restaurant (both in google and booking) there is none. The owner told us to grab a taxi and go tho the center (it is 20 min. ride). Thankfully the receptionist was very helpful and he arranged us to go to the restaurant of the hotel nearby.
2. No hair dryer in the room.
