Für menschliche Bewohnung ungeeignet. Keinerlei Kulanz, Anwaltsschreiben unbeantwortet, FINGER WEG !
Die Fotos in der Anzeige, bevor wir das Haus wirklich gesehen haben. Leider hatten diese Fotos wenig mit der Realität zu tun.
Die Unterkunft war verfallen und baufällig. Das Haus war weder vorbereitet noch gereinigt. Verschimmelte Brötchen auf dem Tisch, eine verschimmelte Spülmaschine, fleckige Bettwäsche, Spinnweben und Fliegen überall. Wir sind nach 30 Minuten Überlegung wieder nach Hause gefahren. Wir werden rechtliche Konsequenzen erwägen.

Haben an uns ein Ferienhaus in Dänemark vermietet, dieses war verschimmelt, verschmutzt und offensichtlich sehr lange nicht gereinigt worden, Ausserdem wies die Fassade einen Riss auf, und ein Teil des Hauses war bereits in Schieflage, und ein Teil des Daches eingestürzt. Dieses Mietverhältnis wollten wir natürlich nicht antreten, aber Novasol will den Mietpreis nicht zurück erstatten, und obendrein noch stromverbrauch abrechnen. Diese Angelegenheit übergeben wir unserem Anwalt mit einer Anzeige wegen Betrugverdachtes. Von Novasol können wir nur abraten, sehr unseriöses Unternehmen.

Nachtrag: Aufgrund der Antwort von Novasol auf meine Bewertung habe ich wie gewünscht noch mal bei ihnen angerufen, dort wurde aber drauf beharrt, daß es keinerlei Kulanz geben wird. Auch wurde von seitens Novasol nicht auf die Anschreiben unseres Anwaltes geantwortet, dann geht das ganze jetzt vor Gericht. Das vermieten eines Baufälligen, für Leib und leben gefährlichen Objektes und dann novch fehlende Kulanz lassen wir nicht unbeantwortet.
