Location excellent. Breakfast good. Room small but clean and adequate for 1 person.
I should have told the hotel I was vegan, they had oat milk but not dairy free spread for toast.

The property was in an excellent location with easy access to the key sites, main station and airport. The breakfast was first class.
The room was very small given the price. The bathroom felt outdated and somewhat resembling one you might find in a prison.
The manner of one member of staff when asking for late checkout was unhelpful and felt a bit patronising in his tone when he was saying that he couldn’t help. Ironically his colleague the next morning was able to help and could offer a limited late checkout but it was still a lot earlier than the marketed 3pm.
Late checkout was very expensive at €40 and I wasn’t offered any sort of discount given that they weren’t able to offer the full duration of the usual late checkout which I thought was a bit tight.
The €100 room deposit was also a bit odd, do they expect their clients to trash their rooms and cause lots of damage?
