Rooms are neat and clean. Good location. beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This is a well priced good value hotel and no complaints should be had. If i am making a suggestion to future guests... pay a little extra and ask for a higher room as ground floor was very noisy at 6am with bikes up and down the ally way.

The staff were friendly. Location was ok.
The pool area is very run down. There are wooden boards surrounding the pool, many of them are broken or loose and there are screws and nails sticking up through them. Being an older person I was not able to get in and out of the pool, there are no small steps only quite a large drop, o handle to hold on to when getting in or out. This was very disappointing as one of the reason I chose the hotel to stat at was because the pool looked really nice in the photos.
There is no privacy in the pool, are as there are tall building a surrounding the hotel so people from other properties over look the pool, there is construction site next door so the workers can see straight in to the pool.
There was no atmosphere around the pool area, the music was too loud to just sit and talk.
Property looks very little like the photos (which probably have been the same since day one) showers are very old and run down, I had to clean the shower rose as the water was squirting off in all directions as it was so blocked up, the drain in my shower was blocked (I didn’t look to see what with) and the water kept flooding the toilet area and making the floor slippery.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and old.
The wooden sliding doors covering the window and the doors that open for the Juliet balcony were both jammed. I could only open one of the sliding doors and I had to get someone up to the room to open the Juliet balcony doors.
The floors in both of our rooms were very dirty, walking around in bare feet made our feet quite dirty.
Overall I was very disappointed as the cost of staying there does not reflect good value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone nor would I stay there again.
