Well thought out development of an historic building, marvellous location.
Met the cleaners as we were leaving & the lady in the Steel Brew reception. Very friendly & helped me pick up something left behind, great service.
Throughout the stay James was brilliant, there was a boiler outage, unforeseeable. James dealt with it very well indeed & arranged an alternative flat in case it took longer to repair, not needed in the end. James could not have been more helpful, top customer care.
Nothing obvious, there was a boiler outage to the whole block, no one’s fault and it was repaired. James kept us informed all the time on progress

Fabulous location with so many amenities on site
Parking…….
If you don’t book the on-site parking you only get 15 minutes to collect keys, find the accommodation, unpack car, carry luggage to apartment & leave site.
IMPOSSIBLE
I ended up with a parking ticket that I was very upset about.
Put in an appeal but the manager of the site paid the parking ticket on my behalf.
Please ensure guests understand this.
As soon as you enter the site the car is logged on & you are on the clock.
If not taking the parking then you need to pay for an hours parking.

Stunning location. Beautiful old buildings and a very well presented apartment. Close to ferry, bars and restaurants.

Location, Location, Location
There was no wi-fi as advertised and out of date information in the guest booklet made contacting a member of staff difficult. The lift broke down on the second day again no staff available at the ‘meet and greet’ desk. The bathroom sink blocked on day two but .. you guessed it … !
