Good location. Very nice staff. Room is clean. Helped me store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. And also help carry our luggage upstairs. As our last 2 accomodation was self check-in/check-out, it was nice to have someone at the reception and some information at the lobby about getting around istanbul
Friendly people

The location of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable, just a 7-10 minute walk from all the main attractions in the heart of Sultanahmet. Furthermore, if you are arriving from or heading to Istanbul Airport, the Havaist bus stop at "Çatladıkapı" is extremely convenient and only a 2-minute walk away.
The staff is truly exceptional, a huge thank you to them for their warm hospitality! The rooms were always sparkling clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Highly recommended

Clean room with water bottle, kettle for tea/coffee. Excellent location, very close to blue mosque, several restaurants and cafes nearby, friendly and helpful staff esp Mr. Ahmed who was very pleasant and understanding
No lift in the building, inconvenient if you have large size bags
Small room, no lock in the washroom, no hooks for hanging clothes, no proper blackout curtains
