Very good location. Generally well kept establishment.
Note: This establish covers multiple buildings on the street. Service desk is in one building only. The features can differ between buildings.
1. As a result, keys had to be retrieved from another location, which was just an extra step after our long commute. We had to walk to another building downhill with our luggage and stroller to retrieve the keys then back up to our apartment.
2. There is no room service, even for taking out the trash, and it would have been 50 euros extra per visit. This was not clear to us. Apparently we were supposed to take our own trash, but there weren't even spare garbage bags in the apartment. With a toddler our trash built up quickly.
3. The shower room did not have any surfaces to keep personal use items.
4. The couch in the living room was in a bad shape.
5. The rooms are smaller than they look, which makes it difficult to open a large luggage (especially the second level bedroom that is on top).
6. There is some confusion in the comments about whether there is laundry or not. This building close to the train station, did not have laundry facilities. This might be different for other buildings.

Location location location... but that was our choice.
The details to the accommodation is totally different to where one collects the keys. If we know that in advance... we do not need to pull luggage arround while walking pass the accommdation...
Most of the basin plugs ade leaking.

Cleanliness, towels, toilet paper, amenities, TV and shows, comfortable beds and pillows The hotel staff was good.
Power outages, no elevator, i was on the 3rd floor but in reality it was 6 floors. I had much heavy luggage and had to use the stairs.
