Super comfortable room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super good. The staff was nice. We made use of the shared kitchen and it was also clean, with a bit old but good utensils. We left our suitcase before check-in and after check-out and it was safe. We really enjoyed the decorations and the lights in the shared areas and the room. It is located in a small street very close to the city center and the Cathedral. We could walk everywhere from there. There are also bus stops very close. I really like that it felt like we were at the city center and still the street was not busy.
They close the reception between 14h and 16h. It was not our case, but if you have a train around 17h for example and want to pick up your luggage a bit before 16h to commute to the train station, you wouldn't be able to do. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The room is very simple (more basic than I expected), close to the areas of interest.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town. Although it is called Hulot B&B, breakfast isn’t available, however the café next door is lovely and has a great breakfast and brunch menu. The room was very clean, with effective air conditioning and a spacious bathroom with a good shower. Beds were comfortable and had good pillows. The small communal roof terrace with kitchen facilities is a very nice touch. Towels are changed every two days, but were clean and fluffy. Overall, it was a great hotel and we would stay here again.
There were a couple of minor niggles – the sliding door to the bathroom was loose, so we had to wedge the door shut with a shoe, also the safe was faulty so we had nowhere to put our valuables.

It’s at an amazing location, quiet as well. Balcony is a nice touch. Check in and out time are suitable and very convenient. Staffs are very kind.
The bed sheets are not clean (we found multiple hair in the bed); the door lock is broken; the sliding bathroom door is not shut-able; there is no proper shampoo provided, the product in the shower is simply the same with hand wash.
