Location was brilliant and close to Central pier and coral island. Staff were helpful and each morning I was asked if I wanted a tea or coffee.
Breakfast included in price was only cereal , toast fruit etc cooked breakfast wasn't included but there was a option to pay for a cooked breakfast

the bed was really comfy, and the staff ( especially Vicki) was really friendly / interested in me . the hotel is in a prime location right near the tower, prom and theatre(s). I had a massive room ( the best twin room in the house)
There was no cooked breakfast ( I wasn't told this) , there were too many stairs, ( we were on the top floor, and I struggled to climb them.) I was told that I had to phone a number if i needed anything, ( granted the staff came when I asked) the t.v didn't work properly. and the electrics tripped taking out our power ( it took half an hour to get it back on). there were marks on the carpet, shower curtain, and quilt. and there was a smell of spicy food ( which is what I was greeted with when I walked into reception.
