I spent one night here as a stopover while traveling and was very pleased with my stay. The host was super friendly and courteous and the room itself was wonderful… very comfortable and quiet, the facilities were great (air conditioning, clean bathroom, kitchenette) and the house was conveniently close to the autostrada. The area was also very secluded and quiet so i was able to get a great nights sleep!
I will definitely visit here again as it makes for a great stopover place when traveling to southern Italy.

In pochi minui di auto si raggiungono i punti principali di Civitanova Marche (nel mio caso Eurosuole forum) e il centro di Civitanova. Il B&B è in mezzo al verde anche se a lato c'è un'azienda ed essendoci stato nel weekend non so se durante la settimana ci siano rumori. Per il tempo che ci sono stato io è stato molto silenzioso.
Marco, il titolare, è molto molto gentile e la colazione che ci ha preparato era semplice ma abbondante e a sorpresa ci ha portato dei croissant sfornati da pochissimo e un ottimo caffè.
La camera è spaziosa per due persone, c'è un armdio per riporre le cose e una parte con anta che contiene una mini cucina molto utile. In bagno c'è tutto e ci si muove agevolmente.
La camera è un po' datata ma confortevole e tenuta bene.
Le camere sono divise da un piccolo corridoio e un disimpegno dove viene preparata la colazione.
Se ci sono più ospiti l'insonorizzazione non è il massimo, e si sentono rumori provenire dalle stanze dagli altri ospiti.
Personalmente non siamo mai stati disturbati e la differenza la fa sempre l'educazione degli ospiti del B&B.
