We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Terra Artzen! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious, spotless rooms and an excellent choice of breakfast. The location is also perfect.
However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. They are some of the kindest, warmest and most helpful people we have ever met. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The room had everything we needed, including complimentary fizzy drinks and bottled water, which was a lovely touch.
A special thank you to the manager for going above and beyond to help me with my deliveries. Your kindness and support meant a lot to us.
We will remember this stay not just for the beautiful hotel, but especially for the amazing people who made it so special. Thank you for making our experience in China truly unforgettable. We would happily stay here again!
Nothing really, this was one of our best stays ever. Our room was facing the street ,bit it had very good, fancy electric curtains.

We enjoyed our stay at the Terra Art Zen Hotel. The staff was superb and the location is great. The Rooftop Zen Garden is just a great and quite place to relax drink a tea or coffee.
