Staff. Food was amazing.
Breakfast wasn't the best and location not much to do. Which is perfect if thats what you are looking for wish to see more wildlife. No monkeys :(

The breakfast was great, and the room was well-maintained. The location has many bugs, but the rooms are well-maintained and cleaned. The water activities were fun. The kayaks and life jackets are well-maintained as well
The restaurant menu options are a little sparse for a resort, but the food was good. The Jacuzzi needed a little maintenance (just to tighten the water switch). I wish there were more things to do at the resort, like jet skiing or a boat excursion on the lake

Bei einem Bungalow auf dem See: Der Blick und der direkte Einstieg ins Wasser.
Personal war bemüht.
Preis-/Leistung leider nicht gerechtfertigt.
Für den Preis waren die Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren sehr unbequem und haben bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche gemacht. Die Nächte waren daher nicht erholsam.
Leider gab es im ersten Zimmer sehr sehr viele Ameisen, die dann auch vom Bad ins Gepäck liefen (kein offenes Essen lag herum!). Als es zu viele wurden, wurde dies im Hotel bemängelt und zwar ein neues Zimmer angeboten, was selbstverständlich sein sollte, aber eine kleine Entschädigung z.B. ein Gruß vom Hotel in welcher Form auch immer gab es jedoch nicht.
In der 2. Nacht lief bei stärkerem Regen auch Wasser durch die Decke und es tropfte ins Zimmer.
