Location and staff. Good breakfast.
Shower very temperamental.

Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Parking in a secure lot.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The fridge in the room wasn't working, but we were able to store the food we had brought with us in the hotel's fridge.
The parking area is relatively narrow.

Plenty of choices at the breakfast, including fresh fruits. Location right next to metro/tram. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.
Noise from trams early in the morning (street facing room, 1st floor) - the windows are old and don't block the noise. Cleaning was okayish, but bathroom fan was full of dust and extremely noisy when turned on.

Breakfast was plentiful, but not overly appetising. Coffee was good. Handy for town, 15 min walk or 2 stops on the metro.
Small room. Very noisy hotel, acoustics are awful, you can hear the staff very early in the morning and the guests (mainly school children on trips) in the evening.
