The property was at a great location , very close to the sea and the facilities were really good. The team organising the entertainment shows on a daily basis were very good. The shows were very entertaining. The facilities on the property kept us engaged on all the days. I would totally recommend this place.

Found it a bit challenging to communicate in English at the reception on one of the days as none of the staff at the reception knew English. Good English speaking staff at the reception would have been more beneficial.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the Best Hotel Experiences of My Life! Honestly, words can’t describe how amazing this hotel is! Everything about it was absolutely breathtaking, from the stunning design and beautiful style to the incredible views from literally every corner of the property. Every single detail was perfectly thought out, making the entire place feel like a dream! What truly made this experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely helpful. You can truly feel that they love what they do, and they go above and beyond to make every guest feel special and comfortable. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail were simply outstanding! Everything about this hotel was absolutely PERFECT! The atmosphere, the views, the service, the design, and the overall experience exceeded all my expectations. This was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful and unforgettable experiences of my entire life. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so magical and memorable. I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could! ❤️ Highly, highly recommended! I would come back a thousand times without hesitation!

Beach, pool, food, nightlife.

The property itself is lovely, tasteful design and the rock pool is a fantastic feature with amazing coral reefs teeming with life to explore! If you’re a diver/snorkeler, or just interested in marine life this is a one of a kind feature in a hotel! Really cool. The marina provides nice after dinner evening walks, and the complex itself it large enough to be able to do a 45 min round walk from end to end.

Unfortunately I contracted food poisoning from the buffet dinner the first day we arrived. I was ill for the rest of the holiday after. It was the main buffet Culina, and completely tarnished the experience as food pounding does. Did not expect hygiene standard to fall this low at a premium resort, especially when we’d eaten in every back alley of Egypt without issue. The opening times of the restaurants particularly breakfast are so inconvenient. When you book a relaxing break at a five star all inclusive resort the last thing you want to be worrying about is waking up in time to rush to a buffet that closes at 10am sharp. After which the food services reopen at 13:00, aside from a pizza and pasta hole in the wall, a long time to wait if you decide to sleep in. And The cocktails were completely average, spirits tasted watered down and were well below par considering it’s supposed to be a premium resort l, the beer selection consisted of two Egyptian national beers which are unpalatable for European tastes. On top of that, the “ice cream service”, if you can even call it that, sits on the marina front and despite temperatures hitting close to 40 degrees is open from 7pm until 9pm. Inside sits a chest freezer with the kinds of ice lollies you purchase in a corner shop for 50p. While next door inside the non complimentary Starbucks is a cone and scoop “real ice cream” service that you have to pay for. Overall the food experience is a 3/10 against other all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at. The staff were a mixed bag, on one occasion in an unprovoked moment one of the bar staff at the pool got in my face and I was abruptly told to go and sit down while I was waiting at the bar. Tempted to name the staff member but it isn’t my style but this ruined the day for me and my partner and we suddenly felt very uncomfortable at a resort that was supposed to be the cap off to a dream holiday.
