Clean modern feel to very old buildings still retaining plenty of character. Great pool with many outdoor seating areas to enjoy sunshine and relax. Bale is away from the crowds with interest and things to explore. Nevertheless less near to the beach and Rovinj.
There are no lifts, but you can ask to avoid the third floor rooms. We had 306 which is the only one with a very low floor level bed! We are in our seventies which makes us less nimble to enjoy these characterfull features.

Nothing, it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel blends beautifully into the charming surroundings of this wonderful little town, which completely won us over. Everything is so peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. It’s an ideal destination for a restful getaway, and everything is close, from Monte Perin Camp to Rovinj and Vodnjan.
The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. When we turned it off and opened the windows instead, we were woken up in the morning by the staff preparing the breakfast terrace. However, this didn’t take away from the overall wonderful feeling of our stay or the great experience we had.
