The staff were all completely delightful, friendly, happy and accommodating. The rooms were great. Roomy and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Food at the buffet breakfast was huge with all tastes covered and an abundance of choice.
The pools were small with limited seating. A few times we went down for a swim but there were no sun lounges left. Need a much bigger pool that can be accommodated in the large grass area near the pool and include a lot more sun lounging chairs. We were there not in peak season and was still hard to get a spot.

The location is great, right opposite the beach and very close to shops & restaurants. The staff were lovely, warm & friendly. The gardens & outside spaces very nice. Three pools, ideal to families as well as couples. Breakfasts & other meals all tasty with plenty of variety.
Our room was basic, drab furnishings, no pictures or anything colourful. Limited wardrobe & draw space. They could do with suitcase stands as nowhere to put cases.

The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. More expensive than our countries counterparts which are part of the Accor experience.
When booking listing all occupants, then requiring to pay an extra $250 to pay for a roll out bed when the accommodation was advertised as being able to facilitate everyone. Then the hotel saying that our 13 year old could sleep in our bed.
