For us the location was perfect. The staff were fantastic.
More staff in the restaurant and bar albeit I get it's a fine balancing act

Very comfortable bed and room. Altough there was a road with quite a lot of trafic, there was no noise from outside. Breakfast started earlier than in other hotels.
Some parts of the room require updates; bathroom was quite old. Watter machines did not worked quite frequently. The gym is located at one side of the restaurant (you have to cross the restaurant to get access to the gym...)

Breakfast very good. Staff lovely and helpful.
Twice the toilet sat broke and had to be repaired, housekeeping forgot to empty bins and replenish tea and coffee and each cups

Disappointing stay at the hotel. Restaurants could not provide dinners due to some operational issues. We booked for bed and breakfast but was denied breakfast on the 1st 2 days. No porter services available. Very far from central attractions. Better to pay a higher rate at another hotel for service and transport convenience.
