All the Staff are 💯amazing. It’s right at the bus stop so very convenient if you are coming to Cluj from other parts of Romania by bus. It has a great general store next door, a great bakery across the road, a food truck which I did not try and a cafeteria style restaurant attached that I went to once, I’d give the restaurant 5 out of 10. It is not close to town so you need a car and there are always taxis on the corner due to the bus stop location and Ubers are available as well. The room itself is basic but comfortable perhaps a bit run down. I requested a safe quiet room as I was a solo female traveller staying for 6 nights, which is what I got. I chose this hotel because it had 24/7 reception, other hotels were either booked out or to expensive, as I was going to the Electric Castle festival and was arriving back at 2.00am most mornings. I felt very safe with the Night man opening the door for me each night on my arrival. I read the other reviews before I stayed there and was dubious about what I would experience. Yes there is sometimes a stale cigarette smell in the room as well as another smell that I have worked out was a paint smell. This did not affect my stay.

Super friendly staff, by mistake I left my jacket there and they announced me instantly, helped sending it through courier since I wasn't in the city by the time I got announced, so staff gets a 10* and for a few days stay it's more than enough, you have comfortable beds, a shower, the train station very close, other public transports near, can't ask for more.

I just liked that this hotel was near the bus station from where we had to take the bus. That's why selected this hotel.
There was no Lift, No AC and we cou;dn't open the window also because there was no net on the window. Resturant was also not working. At the time of booking it was showing resturant in the hotel available.
