The front desk attendant Tariq was incredible, very supportive and efficient.
Improve the building and facilities maintenance.

Had everything we needed. Room heating.
Tarek a most gracious host, very informed on local area. Tajine excellent, breakfast filling.
The building well worn, a bit dated. Toilet seat needs fastenings. Sink faucet loose. Didn’t get hot water from faucet.

Very polite host. He woke up 6.30 in the morning to bring us coffee because we had to leave early. Very nice person. The apartment was good value for money. Even when something went wrong with my credit card, host was understanding and I paid the next day without any problems.
