The location is absolutely unbeatable, and the restaurant is delicious. The restaurant was the best food we had our entire trip in Egypt. The front desk staff was also super helpful and very friendly.
Getting our door to lock was a bit tricky, but we did figure it out, but we did have to fight with the lock

Near everything, right in front of the Luxor temple and the Nile river. Beautiful view of the river, great breakfast (and food in general at the rooftop restaurant), helpful and kind staff.
Just that there is no elevator and we stayed at the fourth floor, but only this.

Amazing location overlooking the Nile and Luxor Temple. You could see the hot air balloons go up in the morning from breakfast on the rooftop. Air conditioning, shade, helpful staff, delicious drinks. Room was comfortable with all facilities.
