as we are a family of 3, not many places offer the option of 3 pax in a room together with breakfast but this hotel does making it convenient for us breakfast spread was awesome-variety of choices
location is nearby eating places & shopping
staff was friendly and helpful

A good clean and organised hotel in a central location
I booked a room with a double bed and we were given a room with two single beds on arrival and i had to complain in order to get what i had booked for on the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay

Really good breakfast spread, wide array of choices and well cooked. Everything tasted fresh. The room was also super clean, no complaints. Comfortable stay. The location was also quite good. The main malls are quite nearby
Not sure why but we couldnt seem to turn off the air conditioning. Even when we had switched it off at the main switch it was still freezing cold.

Clean decent business hotel. Breakfast very good. Good location for Bandung/Dago
Outside spa cold, I wanted a nice cold beer and hooc meal in the evening. The hotel pub is very nice, cold beer and decent food, although virtually empty. The music in the pub is horrendously loud and vulgar rap style. It's ashame because they would get much more business if the vibe was more relaxing. Because the place is empty the bartender disappears for lengths at a time.
