good location, quiet place and walking distance to Valle Aurelia train station and metro, and also a small shopping mall where we could eat in the evening, or buy some groceries to have a bite in the room in the morning.
mattress was comfortable and room was clean.
Staff response was very quick, guys are very friendly and helpful.
not a single hook, or small shelf in the bathroom, literally you have to hold your soap, or toothbrush in your hand in the shower.
paid laundry, for people who stay for a week charging for a wash up seemed odd to me, given that there's no any other option around the place.

"The personal in charge to manage the lobby provide a kind service. About the facilities were very clean. The quality of the towels and duvets were supreme."
