We liked the fact that the hotel was off the main boulevard, in a more private area. Also it's not a big hotel, which makes it cozy and it feels almost like you're staying at a friends place. We do not like big, main stream hotels. This one was perfect.
The all you can eat breakfast was wonderful! Very nice spread; lots of choices, and all very good quality. We ate outside on the terrace, which now was enclosed in windows from top to bottom, because it was cold outside, but it still felt like we eating in the garden. We also had dinner and wine, and they were excellent. The service was the same.
I can't think of anything negative about this place. Everything was top notch.

Comfortable beds, good restaurant, free parking space directly at the hotel
A safe is in the room available, but unfortunately too small for e.g.an iPad.

Lovely place, very clean and with amazing Romanian food.
Close enough for a little stroll in the town.
Free parking facilities.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed
Only after booking you discover the spa is for extra fee, unfriendly staff at check-in, not helpful and knowledgeable when asking about our trip to poenari fortress, very limited choice for breakfast, no lactose free or vegan options, offering free dessert for positive reviews seems questionable
