The hotel is clean, beautifully designed, and ideally located on the beach, with stunning views. The town itself is quiet, and the train connection to Barcelona was less convenient than expected. The food is good but not outstanding. There is plenty of variety, though dishes were sometimes overcooked and under-seasoned. The food court staff, however, were excellent: helpful, fast, and hardworking. Special thanks to Andrada. The gym was well equipped. The rooms where spacious with lovely balcony, noise pollution was minimal. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its location and facilities, but because of how this issue was handled, we will not be returning.

Frequent service interruptions made day trips to Barcelona and Sitges difficult. Our main issue was the reception. We booked a double room with two separate beds, and the hotel confirmed this in writing. When we arrived late in the evening, the room did not have two beds. Resolving this took three days of back and forth with the reception, and only after we mentioned contacting Booking.com were we offered a room change the following day. In effect, we lost two days of our vacation. We needed separate beds for health reasons. What stood out most was that no one ever apologised. Mistakes happen, and we are easy-going guests, but not receiving a single acknowledgement of the error was disappointing, and the worst customer service I have experienced in a hotel. Most reception staff also spoke little English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel. Throughout our stay, the team seemed unhappy to be there, with the exception of Anna. As the first point of contact, they shape guests’ impression of the hotel. There is music on all the time, everywhere. Like lounge music but still, sometimes was annoying.

Брали завтрак и ужин - просто великолепно. Завтрак отличный, а ужин вообще перфектный. Очень большое разнообразие, высокое качество приготовления. Превзошел все ожидания. На любой вкус, есть и национальная испанская кухня, и кухни других стран, в течении недели ужин каждый день был разным. Отличное расположение. Вид с крыши на которой находится бассейн - просто огонь.

В скором времени уже можно наверное сделать косметический ремонт в номере.

New hotel at the beach. Nice location, plenty of good food and very friendly staff(especially the romanian girl from the bar). For the next BCN trip we will choose the same hotel.

Un hotel bun pentru plaja din zona apropiata Barcelonei. Proaspat renovat, curat, mancare f buna, pret excelent. Un plus pentru staff, mai ales pentru fata romanca de la bar.
