The interior is very nice, beautiful and centrally located, but to be honest - too much tourists around, hard to get around
The room size was 15 or 18 sqm, which is totally unacceptable for 2k a night, the bathroom was small and had no place (my cosmetic bag went on floor), the bathrobes were shrunken in the dryer and it was impossible to locate bathroom utilies, all these are just small things, but not appropriate for 5* experience. There is a lot of friendly staff, but a it took them 2 days and 4 persons to locate a thing I forgot in another room, while switching the rooms in hotel.
