The staff were welcoming, lovely, professional and very accommodating. When I asked for a tea cup, blanket and Kettle, they were straight on it.
The location. I chose this hotel as I was running the Venice Half Marathon. The start was right outside the hotel, no exaggeration!
Easy, quick access to transport into the Centre of Venice and lots of shops and cafes near to the hotel.
Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. I slept very well whilst I was there. It did get a little chilly but I requested an extra blanket and this did the trick.
Reasonable price for bed and breakfast.
My shower was lovely and warm, but my friend who had a separate room said hers was cold/luke warm and her room was on the other hand very hot. But she didn’t complain and give staff the chance to rectify it.
My friend also had breakfast every morning (I didn’t as I was too comfortable in my bedroom!) she said there wasn’t a lot of choice, but it is a small hotel so that’s expected.

The hotel was in a nice location very close to the center, and the staff was very helpful. At checkout, they proactively offered luggage storage, and when I came to pick my bags up, they offered directions to the bus stop and train station. Overall, the stay was pretty pleasant.
The room was clean and neat, but the shower had blackened silicone in a few spots. Also it would be nice to include a kettle in the room.
