From the location to room, from staff to everything. overall they treated the guest exceptionally well. despite some language barrier. We arrived early, they gave us the room 4 hours before without any charge so that we and the kid can sleep well

Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Existence de deux restaurants dont un de grande qualité.
Près de mon centre d'activités.
Rien. En revanche, peut être un distributeur de billets de banque accessible aux étrangers.

It has a wonderful location and great convenience, as summarized in my previous review (2024).
The front desk staff are all very polite, patient, and professional.
The Concierge Department staff are extremely helpful, providing excellent guidance and service. Guest Relations Manager Mr. Gawahi is exceptionally courteous, greeting guests warmly and offering help proactively.
My room service personnel works diligently and thoughtfully.
The room doesn’t seem to be well soundproofed.
