100% Behindertengerecht. Alles neu, licht und hell. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Einfach zu parken. Was will man mehr?
Feueralarm (da steht man im Bett). Toll, dass die Alarmierung funktioniert. Trotzdem, man rennt nach draußen. Keine Info....

the hotel rooms are very new, fresh and comfortable. they are spacious but lack a bit of detail. the showers are fantastic.
the staff is not very friendly, it feels as if they don’t care about the customers. they are very distant and don’t like a friendly chat. for example,we got a phone call reminding us that we were late for check-in and we got a lecture about “Jever not being a big city and they can’t just wait and hang around for their customers”. I understand that it was our mistake, but they could have delivered it in a nicer way, as I was very apologetic.
