First of all, it’s a lovely, clean, and well-maintained hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great
Parking should definitely be free, or at least charged at the advertised rate of €5 for stays of less than 24 hours. However, we were charged €8 for the first day and €10 for the second day.

Beautiful modern hotel. Good value. Right next to all transport hubs. Free ticket supplied by the hotel for all local transport including the famous 'Schwebebahn' which is one of the city big attractions. Staff attentive. Breakfast excellent. Breakfast room commodious. Nice room on the top floor with great views.
Approach to the Hotel is effectively via a bridge from the bus station. Easy once you find it! No 'proper English tea'!

Good breakfast buffet. The hotel is a short walk from the station, old town and the town centre. Very clean, very pleasant staff and an enjoyable experience.
